Cancellation & Refund Policy

At notebook.school, we strive to provide high-quality digital learning solutions. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our cancellation and refund terms:

  • Digital Subscriptions: Once activated, digital subscriptions (courses, LMS access, downloadable content) cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Duplicate Payments: If any duplicate payment occurs due to a technical error, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Workshops/Events: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event start time are eligible for a full refund. After this period, no refund will be processed.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund, write to us at support@notebook.school with your order details.
